Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed after we received your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To make a return, you must present us with a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return your purchase directly to us without contacting our team first.

Any item that is not in its original condition, that is damaged or that has some missing parts for reasons that are not due to an error on our part.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Any personalized item is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged (Example: Jerseys with flocking or Retro Vintage jersey).
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it. We will also inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund request.
If your application is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.
If you have not received your refund yet, please check your bank account first.Then contact the credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted.
Only items with regular prices can be refunded. Unfortunately, reduced items are not refundable.
If the returned item was identified as a gift at the time of purchase and it was sent to you directly, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once we have received the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item has not been identified as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver preferred to first receive the item for you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will know that you have returned the item.
Size exchange is available provided the items are not in use and the tags are still attached.The size exchange request can only be made within 14 days of the delivery date and subject to availability.The reason for the exchange and the desired size must be indicated when contacting our customer service.Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs (return and re-shipment) and return address will be provided after confirmation of exchange by our team.
